TeamDynamix Integration (Beta)

Virima now integrates with TeamDynamix (TDX) to sync Configuration Items from the CMDB into TeamDynamix as assets. Administrators can configure credentials, define blueprint-to-asset-type mappings, and set optional sync conditions. The integration also supports pulling Incidents and Changes from TeamDynamix into Virima, with sync history and per-CI outcomes visible in the sync logs.

Capabilities

The TeamDynamix integration supports the following operations:

Capability	Description
CMDB-to-TDX asset sync	Configuration Items from the Virima CMDB are pushed into TeamDynamix as assets.
Blueprint-to-asset-type mapping	Administrators define how Virima blueprints map to TeamDynamix asset types.
Optional sync conditions	Sync rules can be scoped using optional conditions per integration.
Incident and Change pull from TDX	Incidents and Changes are pulled from TeamDynamix into Virima for unified visibility.
Sync history and per-CI outcomes	Sync logs show the history of each sync run and the per-CI result, including any errors.

Note: This integration is released as a Beta in v6.1.2. Configure credentials and mappings in the integration settings, then run a sync to populate TeamDynamix with the selected CIs.
