About the Virima Application

A summary of the Virima features and benefits is shown below.
Agentless Discovery. Collects valuable data of IP-addressable assets without agents, and automatically populates the inventory catalog with hundreds of OS attributes and device-specific hardware details.
CMDB. A centralized database comprising hardware and software assets and the relationships between them, commonly referred to as Configuration Items (CIs).
Application Dependency Mapping. Identifies applications running in the IT ecosystem and masp the dependencies between them providing clear visibility of the environmental health and overall application performance.
ViVID Service Mapping. Equips the IT department with real-time representations of the relationships between your IT infrastructure, application dependencies, business services, and ITSM processes, thus helping your staff to instantly point out where outages occur and their impacts.
Windows Discovery Agent. Provides functionality for when a persistent agent is preferred. Installing this agent on servers and PCs provides constant monitoring of configuration changes, and allows for software metering.
ITSM. IT Service Management involves designing, creating, delivering, supporting, and managing the lifecycle of IT services. This enables the delivery of IT to the rest of the organization as a service, extending reach within the organization and enables collaboration.
