Article Helpful Threshold

Use this function to rate the published articles in the application, so the article can be updated based upon the rating.

1.

In the main window, click Admin > Knowledge Management > Article Helpful Threshold. The Article Helpful Threshold dialog box displays.

2.

Enter the number of times the article was rated, and the number of times the article was reported as not helpful.

3.

Click Save.
